All forms of communication have one common goal, the ability to impart knowledge.

When information is properly communicated, it becomes knowledge transferred. But message sent, does not guarantee message received.

Brain-based studies have provided an understanding of differentiated learning, which requires tailoring instruction to the learner. Content, process, products, and the learning environment.

Knowing that people process information at various levels, means a single format misses more than not. Strategies must include multiple communication formats, across multiple touch points, at different levels.

One size does not fit all.  Which means your marketing jargon, is essentially useless.
